Authorization and return instructions will be issued. The print must be shipped to the return address provided within 3 days of receipt of the return authorization. We recommend that you insure your shipment, as we will not accept damaged art. This money back guarantee requires that the fine art print is returned in its original packaging in original condition. Fine Art Northwest reserves the right to return without refund any artwork that is damaged, or to reduce the refund to compensate for the damage. If we decide to take this action, we will contact you to discuss your options. If any fine art print or mat is damaged upon receipt, the purchaser must contact us within 3 days. We will contact the insurer to handle the claim, including inspection, as required by the shipper. Instructions will be issued to the buyer. The damaged artwork will then be replaced.
